Introducing the Leadership in Training (LIT) Program at Pleasant Bay Adventure Camp

Our LIT program is a transformative three-week experience designed to:​

  • Cultivate Essential Leadership Skills:
    Through interactive workshops and real-world applications, teens will enhance their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities—skills highly valued in today's world.

  • Provide Hands-On Experience:
    Under the mentorship of experienced camp leaders, participants will take active roles in guiding younger campers, planning activities, and leading by example, fostering a sense of responsibility and confidence.​

  • Foster Spiritual and Personal Growth:
    Beyond leadership, the program emphasizes self-confidence, resilience, and a deepened faith through daily devotionals and guided reflections, helping teens discover their God-given purpose.

    By immersing your teen in an environment that challenges and supports them, the LIT program offers more than just a summer experience—it lays the foundation for future success, both personally and within the community.
